MONTHLY WEATHER ROUNDUP....June 2010.

JUNE 2010.
The month on the whole was fine settled and very warm at times, but it was very surprising to find that the monthy rainfall was just about bang on average! The [VOEWS] "Vale Of Evesham Weather Station  recorded rainfall on just 7 days of the month mainly between the 6th and 14th where altogeather 68.2mms, compared to the montly average of 64mms about 2.5 inches leaving 23 dry days to be had for the month. Pressure was fairly high throughout the month with 1028.2 mbs on the 15th and lowest pressure was recorded  999.9mbs on the 8th. Daytime temperatures were somewhat  above average with the typical June daily average of about  19.7c  and the weather station here recorded  22.5c /72f  but the nightime average was just about normal with a low average of 10.6c/ 51f. The highest temperature recorded was on the 26th with a hot 29.2c /84f and the lowest temperature was recorded on the 20th with 6.7c/43f.
