A "low" for the weather.....

Yes, the weather will be dominated by low pressure right to the end of the week ,so that means one thing...unsettled! Low pressure will be moving away towards the North of the uk by the end of Friday which is good news but the next couple of days expect sun , rain, thunder and some very windy conditions at times.
Wednesday evening, will see some heavy thundery showers across our area and these could well be accompanied by some very gusty winds and hail. It will slowly settle down overnight but with still some overnight showers, lows of 15c.
Thursday will start off with a fair amount of cloud with some showers around ,but what will be notable will be the strength of the wind, gusting up to 40mph at times so there could be a few small branches down as the trees are now in full leaf. It will generally cloud over during later afternoon and some heavy thundery rain will set in. That moves away during the course of the evening with some clear periods and lows down to 14c and a high of 23c on Thursday, but still with that wind blowing in from the south/southwest.
Friday starts in the fimiliar way with sunshine and blustery showers but through the course of the day the showers will ease and the wind will slowly die down. Highs of 21c on Friday, and then of course the weekend by then will be upon us, more about that on Friday.......seeya...
