Several bands of Rain, freezing rain, sleet and snow will effect the Counties of Worcester, Gloucester, Hereford, Warwick, Oxford, West Midlands, Shropshire, Powys and Monmouthshire. Travelling conditions are likely to remain difficult at times especially over High level routes, even though there is now a slow general thaw setting in especially at low levels, but rain falling on icy surfaces will make pavements and untreated roads very Dangerous.
