Mays Weather Predictions....!

A pattern change looks likely this month allbeit a slow one!! The Atlantic will still stay quiet, but it looks as though May will turn out wetter and warmer than average so thats good news for at least the Gardens and Growers alike! The first week in May will see the airflow mainly from the East/Southeast so some possible storms but a lot of dry weather and some brezzy conditions to which will make it feel rather cold. Then the theme for May is for  slack areas of low pressure to encompass much of the Uk so a lot of Fair weather, but there will be some heavy areas of rain to effect all areas at times, so perhaps a flood risk with Thunderstorms being a feature this month! Check out the Summer forecast at the end of May with our Thoughts for June ,July, August.
