The Summer weather is making the news headlines for the wrong reasons as the tragic flooding in West Wales as a result of 6 inches of rain fell in 24-36hrs! The weather this week really adds insult to injury as torrential rain will be a feature across our area on Monday with a possible 2-3 inches of persistent rain is possible locally and at least an inch generally.River levels are expected to rise in the next 36hrs so if you are concerned go to http://www.enviromentagency.co.uk/ Tuesday to Thursday will see somewhat better conditions although there is likely to be some slow moving Thundery showers especially during the afternoon and evening.Friday, is likely to start off dry but rain will filter in during the day with increasing winds and low pressure once again dominates the weekend! Cool throughout the week with highs of Just 16c/61f. See Yer Ian.
