WEATHER WARNING...SNOW!!
"This weather warning will be in effect from midnight GMT Tuesday November 30th until Midnight Thursday December 2nd." There is an increasing risk that many places will see some disruptive snowfall in the time period above brought about by Winds coming in from the East. It will be windy at times so drifting snow will also be an hazard and with subzero temperatures the snow will accumulate and this could well lead to some major disruption to the travel network. Please keep tuned to worcestershireweather .com for further updates.

Same Old Cold!
Good Morning. There as been a covering of snow here at ww.com HQ this morning and yesterday gave some substantial snow in the West of our forecast area of Mid and SouthEast Wales and most of us will see snow at some point in the coming days and more widely next week, but more on that on our week ahead video forecast tomorrow. Today will be another very cold day most places fine with some sunny intervals but the odd snow shower cannot be ruled out anywhere, highs of 2c/36 f but feeling very cold in that Northerly wind. Clear and cold tonight with locally a severe frost for instance Knighton getting down to minus 8c/19f by about 8am on Sunday morning and another very cold day with some places not getting above freezing along with some snow showers too. So wrap up and enjoy a very early start to Winter. See Ya Tomoz....Ian! http://netweather.tv/

Cold, Cold, Cold.....!
Good Evening Folks! Winter will be making a "BIG" performance in the coming days with unseasonably cold weather and even some Snow for us, but unlikely before the weekend! Tonight will be mainly clear and cold with temperatures falling down to minus4c/25f. Thursday will see that cold start but a mainly fine day with some cloud making the sunshine hazy at times, cold throughout in light winds with 4c/39f at best and then another cold night on Thursday and Friday starts on that fimiliar note of frost and mist patches then clearing to give a fair, but a cold day, highs of only 3c/37f. Later on Friday we may see some sleet or snow moving in from the North later in the evening, but more about that on Friday. I will see you then ,but untill then stay safe and keep warm...!! Octobers Weather Round Up....
October was a very mixed month with a higher deviation of rainfall than normal the average rainfall here is 56mms and the recorded was 78.6mms about an inch more than the norm. Temperatures had a slightly lower deviation than norm with the average and recorded day time temperature of 14.6c being bang on, but the nightime temperatures were slightly colder than average with a recorded average of 6.9c compared to the average of 7.6c and that was thanks mainly due to some fairly hard frosts mid to late month with the lowest temperature recorded on the 25th with a low of minus 2.5c/27f. There were a few warmish days in the first half of the month with a high of 19.7c /67f on the 10th and a maximum wind gust on the 1st with 24mph Southerly. Highest pressure was 1028.8mbs on the 25th and the lowest was 987.7mbs on the 3rd. A generally clear trend this month of a marked difference then of recent Octobers for it not to be anything like an "Indian Summer" !

Winters Turns...!!
A rather "quick" descent into Winter next week, and more about that on our Audio/Video forecast on Sunday, but before then alot of "benign" conditions. chilly, and in some areas some wet weather! Tonight, will see some wet weather spread into Southern and Western Gloucestershire and Monmouthshire and parts of Southern Herefordshire but most places away from here will see some patchy cloud and some patchy frost and fog especially around the Rugby area.Saturday will see those damp conditions slowly clear from the forementioned SW of our area, and then bright at times although the Easterly wind will make it feel cold. Highs of 7c/43 and then the NorthEasterly wind kicks in for Sunday bringing lots of cloud and some drizzly showers at times, no frost Sunday morning, but a cold cheerless day in that wind even for the great City Of Birmingham!! Highs of 6c/43f for places like Builth Wells in beautiful Powys. I will be back with the all important forecast for the week ahead untill then have a good weekend, and enjoy the November weather, Coz ,its the only November weather you will get in the Uk! See Ya Ian.

Just This and That......
A miserable day across our patch today with Wales seeing some of the wettest weather and here at HQ only got damp weather virtually no rain at all, but our thoughts are with those is Cornwall where 2 inches of rain fell in some parts in an hour, resulting in serious flooding.
The next couple of days will see some mix weather with showers possible anywhere tomorrow and then a drier day with some brightness on Friday. Some patchy frost and fog tonight and tomorrow night with lows overnight at 3c/37f and highs both days of 10c/ 50f. I will be back on Friday with your weekend forecast. See Ya Ian.x http://www.netweather.tv/

Damp West, Drier East ,Windy.
Unsettled, sums up the weather in a nutshell in the coming days but for now at least, the weather could be a whole lot worse. Mild is the word in the next couple of days with mild nights with lows of 12/54f tonight and Thursday night but temperatures tomorrow could well reach 16c/61f somewhere in Warwickshire which really is a healthy temperature for this time of year in any brightness. The downside is that the mountains and beacons to our West ie, Brecon Beacons, Cambrian and Black mountains will see frequent drizzle and squally winds with 60mph possible on Pen-yFan at nearly 3,000 ft so a challenging walk if youre up there tomorrow! Windy everywhere though on Thursday with gusts up to 40 mph .Friday, will see the wind die down but a troublesome weatherfront will give us a rather cloudy day with perhaps some heavier rain by evening. I will be back on November 5th which is of course Friday and Bonfire Night here in the UK with a mild and damp forecast likely...!! See Ya Friday Ian. http://www.netweather.tv/
