Staying cold and Unsettled!

Its been a beautiful day across the area , after the first widespead frost with lows of minus 2/3 quite widely this morning at around 7am! As we move into the new week it stays often cold and breezy with some rain and possibly, sleet and Mountain snow later in the week , but more about that nearer the time. There will be frost to contend with, but this is quite likely to be patchy.Tonight will see some patchy cloud and perhaps some light showers ,so frost is unlikely. Monday, will see some fair weather but rather a lot of cloud, and a fair breeze to, from a Northerly Quarter and the odd light shower is possible, Highs of 13/55f....Tuesday  will see some rain over the early hours and clearing first thing ,by the time it gets light and then rather breezy with the winds coming from the Northerly direction and it will feel rather chilly too in that wind, some showers as well but these very well scattered. Highs of 10c/50f...Wednesday will see patchy frost early on and then a cold bright day, but rather windy and the wind chill will be fairly high, so hats and scarfs at the ready, mainly dry, with a top temperature of 8c/46f. I will be back later on Wednesday  See Ya Ian.....http://www.netweather.tv/
