Your Week Ahead Forecast. High and Dry!
Little change this coming week with high pressure keeping things very settled and warm for this time of year. A big swing in temperatures during the days and nights though which is called a "Diurnal" temperature range. This quite often happens this time of year with fine settled weather and clear skies meaning cold nights this week with perhaps some early mist/Fog, frost and temperatures down to 2c/36f and then the days will become warm with it feeling more like early Summer than early Spring, with temperatures as high as 23c/73f in one or two locations, thats a Diurnal temperature difference in one day of 21c, possible , which does not happen that often! Not good news for the ongoing dry conditions in this part of the Country, and March will see very little rainfall as does the previous months. It does look however, that during April we will see some unsettled weather developing, meaning some welcome rain, and cooler temperatures. Whatever your doing, have a great week! See Yer, Ian.

Week Ahead Forecast.
Morning Folks, and it that time of the week we look 5 or 6 days ahead. Today, is influenced by a small trough of Low pressure, meaning that the Atmosphere is unstable and capable of producing heavy showers and a chance of Thunder and Lightning! Some welcome rain today for some then, but sadly if your after much needed rain this week, then its bad news.! High pressure returns meaning quiet settled conditions ,but staying dry this coming week. Sunshine amounts will vary, often more cloudier during the first half of this week, with some patchy frost possible, but during the second half of the week, turning more sunnier and as a result some warm conditions by day, but some equally cold conditions at night with some frost. Temperatures ranging this week from 0c/32f to 18c/ 64f. So not much going on with our weather in the upcoming week, but whatever youre doing have a great week and dont work to hard!! See Yer, Ian.

Potential Warmth, but Stubborn Cloud!
Annoying cloud has certainly kept the temperature down under a high pressure system. This is what is called an "Inversion". The temperature above the cloud today at about 2,000 feet in clear Blue Skies was about 14c/57f,and the Black mountains and Brecon Beacons in Waleswould have had these conditions, but stuck under grey laden skies we saw about 8 or 9c! Tonight will carry on the cloudy theme and into Wednesday similar start but cloudis more likely to break to give some warm sunny intervals, and again on Thursday/ Friday too. Misty conditions overnight and possible patchy frost at night with temperatures down to 3c/37f. Turning Unsettled by the weekend and early next week with some welcome rain. More about that in due course. In any clear skies, in the next few days between 7 and 9 pm, take a peep at the Western sky and you will see a dazzling 2 bright stars. This is the Planets of Jupiter and Venus. Certainly worth having a look.....!

Your Week Ahead Forecast!
Some welcome rain today, but the outlook is still on the dry side, but more about that at alater date. For this coming week expect a typical mix of March weather. Cold tonight with perhaps some Wintry showers in one or two places. A cold but bright start to Monday with some isolated frost pockets, then fine but with a cold wind. Winds ease Monday night into Tuesday allowing for a widespread air frost. A fine day to come before the wind picks up late in the day with cloud and outbreaks of rain into Wednesday ,followed by Blustery showers, some Wintry perhaps with hail and thunder. Thursday stays Breezy but mainly fine although feeling rather chilly in that wind. Friday sees a mainly fine day and turning mild with perhaps some patchy rain later in the day. Have a great week. See Ya Ian.
