The Easy Chair.....A Happy Ending...!

You might remember a few weeks ago on "The Easy Chair" we featured the Horse Whisperer which is my dad, doing a great job of training the Ponies "Conner" and "Christian". Conner if you have seen the video was almost trained, but Christian did not want to know anyone! A few weeks later and Dad has done an amazing job with Christian and if you watch this Video you will see why! The farm sanctury needs your financial support, so for more information please go to there website

Could Be Worse...!!!....CLOCKS GO BACK..!

It has to be said the weather could be a lot worse for this time of year, and the good news for your heating bills is that the central heating wont be eating up your money[excuse the Punn!!] as its going to be rather mild with no frost in the forseeable future. Tonight will see some rain in the East of our region Warwickshire and Oxfordshire being prone to that in the next couple of hours and its going to be windy ,but all that will die down after midnight. A mild /night breezy still rather than windy with patchy cloud. Saturday dawns bright with some hazy sunshine and thats sets the seen for the day, mainly dry, but perhaps some well scattered showers over the Black/Cambrian Mountains and Brecon Beacons ,highs of  14c/57f in Chipping Norton. A dry night to come, some patchy mist and fog and then on to Sunday which of course is Halloween so be sure to tune in first thing on Sunday morning with your "Spooky Forecast" and the Video/Audio forecast for the up coming week! Also a reminder to put your clocks Back....1 hour before you go to bed on Saturday night or even Sunday morning...See Yah    Ian.   http://www.netweather.tv/

Mixed Up October...!

Yes, the mixed October is still with us, but gone now is the Chill and now we are entering a much milder moist airmass, but still staying unsettled!Tonight will stay rather cloudy and breezy with some patchy rain across the area especially across the upland area of the West of our region such as the Black Mountains. A mild night though with temperatures staying in double figures so 10c/50f at the lowest. Thursday will see a damp start to the day with mist and drizzle affecting the elavated parts of the region but Oxford for instance will see the best of the brightness with 15c/59f possible but for the West of our region such as Rhayader and Llangurig will see some patchy drizzle and mainly overcast conditions with cloud covering the mountaintops. Increasingly windy from the South/SouthWest and that gives us another overcast windy/mild night and then into Friday there will be some rain over the Welsh Mountains but most places to the East of here will see some bright conditions with Birmingham touching 15c/59f in any brightness but in exposed places such as the Malvern Hills winds could well gust in excess of  40mph but it wont be a cold wind as it will be coming in from the South. I will be back later on Friday with your weekend forecast, so take care See Ya  Ian     http://www.netweather.tv/

Chilly And Unsettled.....

The chilly and often Unsettled theme will continue although Saturday will be milder than Sunday! Tonight will see rain moving in accompanied by a strong wind and this is likely to persist into the early hours of Saturday, but clearing away by the time that the it begins to get light. Then a day of sunny intervals and perhaps a few heavy showers but most place will stay dry. Highs of 13c/57f. Then a dry clear night to come and a widespread frost will develop with lows of minus1c/30f by the time daybreak arrives on Sunday, then a fairly sunny day but feeling cold in the brisk Northerly wind with highs of  9c/48f. Whatever you are doing this weekend ,have a good one and I will be back later on Sunday. See Ya...Ian    http://netweather.tv/

Much The Same!!

Its certainly felt very chilly in the last few days and the good news or bad news depending on your stance, is that there is little change in the next couple of days, with a lot of fine dry weather with some overnight frosts! Tonight will turn cold and clear with a widespread frost developing, some rural places could see temperatures as low as minus4c/26f. by the time we get to 7am on Thursday morning, then a fine day with good sunny intervals .perhaps a few showers later in the day but most places staying dry with top temperatures of 11c/52f .Any showers dying out and then a dry clear night, although not as cold but a low temperature of minus1c/30f early on Friday morning. The day will be fine with some brighter or sunny intervals at times and less cold with 13c/55f. Changes to milder weather over the weekend, but turning wet and windy too, but more about that on Friday. Take care....See Ya Ian.  http://www.netweather.tv/
