Evening, a rather drab week behind us, but the good news is that the weather for the weekend wont be that bad.  Saturday, starts rather cloudy. but some brightness later, which may well trigger off some showers, but most places staying dry. Sunday again rather cloudy but some sunny breaks first thing, then cloud thickening up during the afternoon and evening time with some showery rain later in the day... I will be back on Sunday....Ian.

Hi folks, well today saw temperatures up to 23.7c/74f which makes it the warmest day of the year so far. The good news is that the fine conditions will stay with us with although don't expect clear blue skies all of the time as there could well be an isolated shower both on Saturday and more picticularly on Sunday.....Make the most of it, and I will tell you why on Sunday.....Have a good one ...Ian.

Morning! An air frost  this morning, with 0c/32f recorded, then some sparkling sunshine, but tending to cloud over late afternoon/evening to leave a warmer overnight period with no frost.
