Weekend weather!

Evening Folks! A short and sweet summary from me for the weekend and into next week. A sigh of relief as we will see a fine weekend with bright or sunny spells this weekend although it will feel rather cool in the shade! Sunday is likely to see some rain but it will be way after sunset ! Into next week and the weather will stay typicall October with spells of wet and windy weather followed by some cheerful Autumn sunshine! Have a good one! Ian.

Evening folks! Its felt more like early Winter today with temperatures hovering around 9/10c 48-50f all day, and the bad new there is more of this to come. But the talking point for the next few days will be the intensity of the rain. If you have a look at the top chart ,for tomorrow morning you will see that its a grim rush hour, with potential torrential rain leading to localized flooding in places so please take care on the roads.The culprit as you can see on the chart above is a deep area  of low pressure which will also give blustery winds at times this week and overall it will feel cool in the days ahead. Some brightness or even sunshine at times this week but dont blink because youre likely to miss it!!Tommorow may likely see some of that brightness during the afternoon/evening period for example. Hi folks! A quick one from me...Tonight clear and cold leading to some mist and fog patches and some localized Frost! Saturday is a fine day bright or sunny intervals after the clearance of any frost and mist. Light winds so feeling pleasant in the sunshine although feeling rather chilly in the shade. Clouding up late in the day but staying dry. Sunday looks as though it will be dry to start off with but becoming cloudier in the late morning with rain heavy at times during the afternoon/evening. Feeling chilly with temperatures no higher than 15c/59f. Have a great weekend!  Ian.

Week ahead forecast!

Evening folks! The week coming up can be sumed up as a rather cool week with some notable cold nights with  perhaps some mist. The odd scattered shower is possible and perhaps some brief spells of more general rain but the theme is for some pleasant weather on offer allbeit Autumn like! Temperature range----4c/39f---18c/64f. Evening folks! Another fairly good weekend coming up with Saturday seeing the lions share of the fine weather. Saturday dawns fine but cool amd perhaps misty, then sunny intervals developing with high locally as high as 21/70f. Sunday again starts off cool and misty , some sunshine during the morning but cloud building around midday with some showery rain during the afternoon and evening. A rather cool day with temperatures reaching 16c/61f. Have a great weekend. Ian.

Good morning ! It looks as though the up-coming week will bring us some traditional Autumn weather as things turn unsettled. After todays rather sunny morning this afternoon will see increasing cloud and breeze and this evening and overnight into monday could well see some showers. Much cooler on Monday and rather cloudy, but a mainly dry afternoon evening before more general rain moves in from the west later in the evening. Tuesday will see that rain clear to leave blustery showers and feeling very cool in that wind with highs of 15c/59f. Wednesday will see more rain in the early hours followed by more showers. Thursday and Friday generally breezy with showers becoming less frequent and fading away by friday. A little warmer by then with highs of 18c/64. Have a great week. Ian.

Weekend weather!

Evening! The weekend is here and the weather is really playing ball!Both saturday and sunday will see some prolonged sunshine with temperatures pushing the 81f /27c. Coolish mornings with perhaps some mist and fog. By later sunday afternoon/evening the winds pick up and cloudier conditions are likely perhaps with some showers very late on sunday and that heralds a change for next week as I shall tell you on sunday!
